Having sold over $200 million worth of property throughout my career, and upholding a 100% auction clearance rate of late, is testament to my work ethic and ability to form strong connections with both buyers and sellers.

Supporting people with homes in Takapuna, Forrest Hill, Castor Bay and Milford, I have gained recognition as a top performing agent for homes located on Auckland’s north shore. The home selling approach I use is broken down into three stages. First, we work together to prepare your home and make sure it looks immaculate. Then, my team and I present it to the market and gain maximum visibility through the use of an individualised and highly sophisticated marketing campaign. From there, as prospective buyers take interest, I spend time getting people excited about the property, preparing their own paperwork for the auction, and then giving them the confidence to bid on auction day.

The subtlety of my negotiation style is to be personable yet encouraging. Often it only takes a few small persuasive comments to buyers on auction day to get an incredible result. Using the auction process, I am able to hand you your ‘SOLD’ sticker within three weeks.

Working hard over the last 15 years to hone his craft Andrew is now widely accepted and recognised as one of the country’s leading auctioneers. Sam began his real estate career in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Property Degree at Auckland University. He loves the theatre and excitement of auction and the fact that when his hammer comes down ownership changes and the sale is final.He has an ability to read the crowd and create an auction room environment which is inclusive, exciting and encouraging. He views each auction as unique where the same solution does not fit every situation. Sam tailors his approach to the individual circumstances.
